You will be joining a dynamic and professional team dedicated to maintaining an efficient, welcoming office environment. This role is full-time and based in the office. Duties for the Operations Administrator: Assist in managing the office space to create a safe and welcoming working environment be the first point of contact for office-related matters for staff and visitorsFormatting, editing, and processing reportsApproving employee expensesMonitoring emails to respond to client and employee queriesManaging internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior managementEntering data, maintaining databases, and keeping recordsDealing with client queries or forwarding them to the management team accordingly Person Specification for the Operations Administrator: Minimum 2 years of administration experienceProficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePointExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal English communicationHigh attention to detailEffective time management and prioritisation skillsStrong organisational and multi-tasking abilitiesAdaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAble to work independently and collaboratively within a teamFlexible and responsive to the changing needs of a growing company This role is a full-time, permanent position.
