Hays are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Leek. Due to increased workload, the business is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.

Your New Role

As a Temporary Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments across the business. Responsibilities will include:
Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate recordsData entry and updating internal systemsManaging emails, correspondence and telephone enquiriesProducing reports, documentation and spreadsheetsSupporting production, logistics and operational teams with administrationFiling, scanning and document managementCoordinating deliveries, stock information and supplier communicationsGeneral office administration duties as required

What You''ll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous administration experience within a professional office environmentPossess strong organisational and time-management skillsBe highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracyBe able to work independently and manage a varied workloadManufacturing or industrial sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
