This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and analytical administrator who enjoys working with data, systems, process improvement, and automation. You''ll play a key role in the management and continuous development of internal systems, supporting business efficiency while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. The Role As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting internal systems, producing performance reports, managing client onboarding processes, maintaining system integrity, and identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. You will work closely with senior colleagues and external software providers to ensure systems remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objective. Key Responsibilities Produce and maintain performance and statistical reports. Manage user accounts across internal and external systems. Support client onboarding and attend implementation meetings. Investigate and resolve system, upload, payment and file-related issues. Maintain and monitor shared system inboxes and service level agreements.
