A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Maldon area (Latchingdon) are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm and paying -25,000 - -30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Working within a small, friendly team your key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone and email enquiries
  • Using a variety of software packages to manage data and produce letters/documents
  • Arranging appointments and managing diaries
  • Ordering stationery
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and printing.


Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient within the Microsoft packages
  • Highly organised
  • Previous administration and office experience
