Working for our established Client based close to the city centre you will be joining a small team supporting the business with general administration.
Main Duties:
- To help ensure the processing of all orders received in the Admin Department in a timely manner
- Raising invoices
- Updating and maintaining accurate information logged on spreadsheets.
- Updating and maintaining accurate data held in the company marketing database.
- General administration to include: filing, data input, emailing Managers, opening internal post bags.
- Attend monthly stock check
- Support the sales team with general administation
- Record accurate details of all products sold
Key Skills:
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft to include Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to prioritise
- Process driven
