Job Opportunity: Temporary Site Administrator (18 Months) – Barnsley

We are currently seeking a part-time Temporary Site Administrator to join our construction project team in Barnsley for an 18-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide key administrative support in a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general administrative duties on-site

  • Assisting with document control processes (experience desirable but not essential)

  • Managing and organizing project documents and records

  • Liaising with internal teams to support smooth project operations

  • Maintaining effective filing systems, both physical and digital

  • Supporting the project team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience (experience in a construction environment is preferred but not essential)

  • Knowledge or experience of document control is desirable

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Positive and proactive attitude

Location: Barnsley (site-based)
Contract Length: 18 months
Employment Type: Temporary, full-time
