Salary: -23,971 per annum

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Curriculum Administrator to join a busy administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support both staff and learners, ensuring the smooth running of curriculum operations while providing outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to an academic department, with flexibility to cover other areas.

• Monitor and chase student attendance, supporting behaviour and disciplinary processes.

• Maintain accurate and timely data for funding and reporting purposes.

• Arrange meetings, take minutes, and manage timetables.

• Liaise with employers, learners, and partners as required.

• Support Community & ESOL provision with administration.

• Assist at key events such as awards evenings and graduation.

• Cover reception and switchboard duties when needed.

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience (education sector desirable).

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Business Administration/Customer Service (or equivalent).

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Confident user of Microsoft Office and data systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, confidential, and customer-focused approach.
