Job Title: Administrator
Salary: -25,000 - -27,000 per annum
Location: Bracknell
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders, quotes, invoices, and shipping documents
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing deliveries and manage stock availability
- Order materials from international suppliers and track deliveries
- Support warehouse operations
- Handle customer enquiries
- Manage supplier invoices, claims, and returns
- Welcome visitors and manage calls, emails, and admin tasks
- Maintain office supplies and assist with company events and reporting
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in office administration or operational support (Desirable)
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working independently and supporting multiple teams
- Physically able to assist with warehouse duties
- A proactive self-starter
