The Team Coordinator will:
- Manage diaries on a daily basis
- Support managers with diary updates
- Make sure daily schedules for the organisation
- Coordinate calls to confirm appointments when they are booked in
- Liaise with partners where required to coordinate shared clinic space, appointment flow, and
- Ensure effective communication within the business
- Handle queries and information requests when they come through
- Provide outstanding experience to clients
The ideal Team Coordinator will:
