Administrator with strong customer service skills required for this 3 month temporary role.
Start: ASAP
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36.5 hours a week
Hourly rate: -16.38 per hour
Location: Cambridge city (no parking)
There will be a requirement to travel to different sites
Duties:
- Provide a front line housing management service for clients
- Undertake financial and other audit checks
- Handling breaches of tenancy agreements
- Review housing availability
- Contact landlords to advertise to specific times of need
- Carrying out property inspections
- Administering rent and other payment collection
- Management of the accommodation database
- General admin duties
Your skills/experience:
- Previous strong customer service experience
- Strong communicator
- Strong organisational skills
- Housing experience is not essential
