SF Recruitment are looking for a confident and friendly Administrator who is looking for their next step in their professional career. What you''ll be doing:

• Answering calls, taking breakdowns and gas orders, and handling general customer queries
• Managing enquiries about parts, preparing quotations, and ordering parts
• Booking in services and supporting the planning of engineers'' workloads
• Processing customer and order information through SAGE (training provided)
• Supporting with basic paperwork, filing, and other general admin duties
• Building rapport with customers and providing a friendly, professional service

What we''re looking for:

• At least 1-2 years'' administrative experience
• Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable manner
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
• Someone who enjoys a good chat and can build relationships easily with customers and colleagues
