Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Administrator to support the efficient management of key data requirements for materials and vendors. This role ensures accurate master data setup, purchase order (PO) management, and effective handling of instrument assets. You will act as a key point of contact for supply chain-related issues, leveraging problem-solving skills to address and resolve challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate setup of 3rd party materials and maintain data integrity.
• Process Instrument Acceptance Forms (IAFs) and create equipment records in SAP.
• Manage data entry for Optimall Inventory customer setup.
• Monitor and process requests for new material introductions and amendments via Smartsheet and GSheet.
• Resolve logistics-related PO issues and update relevant systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient ordering and eliminate invoice queries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data for materials and vendors.
• Generate and manage meaningful management information reports.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and disciplined approach to work.
• Proficiency in SAP (Material Master preferred) and other data management tools.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain processes clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data literacy skills.
• Experience in supply chain operations is preferred.
• Agile learner with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Empathy and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Willingness to embrace and adopt AI technologies.
