Job Title: Administrator

Location: Dundee

Pay Rate: -14.02p/hr

Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
Please note, you may need to support shifts between 8:30am - 5:30 dependant on business needs.

Hybrid Working: Our work style is hybrid, meaning once you are fully trained you can work 3 days per week from home

Contract Type: Temporary - 12 months

Start Date: 27th October 2025

Lloyds are recruiting now for Customer Service roles supporting the UK''s largest Banking Group. As part of the IP&I team, this role is primarily administrative based but flex across other contact channels (e-mail and web chat) may be required.

A 6 -8 week training programme will teach you all you need to know about the wide range of products and services. This role carries out prescribed customer management activities and provides support to others by following existing procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring administrative tasks are carried out in line with security processes, and flagging potentially non-compliant information
  • Works to ensure customer expectations are met quickly and accurately
  • Processing new requests, as well as dealing with more complex processes, and resolving customer problems
  • Ensure information is stored on the in-house systems accurately and securely

  • Experience in handling customer information
  • Efficiency and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Good level of IT capability
  • Motivated to find out answers to customer problems, and suggest better ways of working
  • Able to work quickly and accurately
