We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support the HR team in Forfar. This is a full-time, office-based role suited to someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain HR records accurately
- Transfer files and data between systems
- Chase outstanding information from internal contacts
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration or HR support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good digital literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
