Job Title: Administrator
Location: Mayfair
- Hourly Rate: -12 to -13
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Start Date: 4th November 2024
- Contract Length: 6 weeks
- Working Pattern: Full-time, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the team
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry by checking reports, updating databases, and maintaining spreadsheets
- File and scan documents to maintain a well-organised system
- Assist in updating change orders to document any changes in design or materials
- Help draught updates, emails, and reports to keep clients and stakeholders informed of project progress and changes
- Collaborate on ad hoc projects based on business needs
- Receive training and debriefing on assigned tasks and benefit from ongoing support
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, showcasing strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Access to a personal laptop to use.
- Proven track record of working independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and effective time management skills.
- Any experience in the property or hospitality industry is a plus, offering a better understanding of the business, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and English skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
