Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to teams and departments as required
- Manage and maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings, book appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Support in organising internal and external events or meetings
- Order and manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers when necessary
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic finance tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (1+ years preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive and positive attitude toward problem-solving and task ownership
