Facilities Service Administrator - Circle Health GroupWe have an opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our team within the Facilities department based in our National Enquiry Centre in Hillington. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, working Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm. Salary: £24,434.00 per annum.Duties Of This Role Include
To be an active member of the facilities team, involved in the day to day running of the department, providing an efficient and high-quality facilities management service to all internal customers, ensuring that the overall objectives of the facilities function are achievedProvide data processing services for the Engineering function in respect of a Maintenance Management system (MMS) and EBME Management systemEffectively handle enquiries via email and telephoneLiaising with external service providers/contractorsSchedule and monitor progress of maintenance requestsAsset data managementInvoice processingMaintain document control files for audit and complianceProvide general administrative supportApplicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
Proven accurate IT/keyboard skills, proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and OutlookMinimum of GSCE/Standard Grade/National 4/5 Mathematics and EnglishData input experience required with high attention to detailAbility to learn new software applicationsCustomer service experienceGood team playerProblem solving and analytical skillsExcellent telephone communication mannerAbility to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritiseExcellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skillsSalary and Benefits
