Administrator
Location: Glasgow
Contract: 3-month rolling
Rate: £32 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–3:30pm (35 hours/week)
Role Overview:
A new opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a leading main contractor specialising in Rail, Construction, and Civil Engineering. You’ll play a vital supporting role in the delivery of key projects, providing technical and clerical assistance to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liase and provide support to outside parties, providing guidance and assistance with new and ongoing queries.
- Locate and collate data, records, and documents as needed utilising Mapping software and CRM Software
- Utilise CRM Oracle software to track and log projects
- Carry out and manage desktop reviews and Risk assessments for projects
- Assist with KPI reporting and presentations in team meetings and inbox management.
- Track project actions from key meetings and inbox.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. formulas, data tracking)
- Oracle or CRM software experience.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Available to start week commencing 22nd September
