We are working exclusively with a reputable financial services organisation who are seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their friendly and professional team for a 3-month contract.
This role will provide valuable support with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. It’s ideal for someone organised, detail-focused, and able to hit the ground running in a corporate environment. This is a full time position based at their office in Birmingham, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Archiving and organising records to maintain accurate company files
- Scanning, copying, and preparing documents for internal use
- Assisting with meeting preparation
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information in line with company policies
- Previous administration experience (financial services experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other business systems
- A professional, team-focused approach
Contract length: 3 months (with potential for extension)
