Are you an Admin from a construction background looking for a fixed term contract role for a busy consultancy firm that offer a range of benefits and the chance to work on cutting-edge, sustainable projects?

On offer is a fantastic opening to play key part in a successful team for a fixed term period with options to become permanent. You will help to deliver innovative, sustainable construction projects. From building new housing to the refurbishment of commercial spaces the variety of projects are vast. In this role you will be liaising with clients, senior management and stakeholders.

In this role, you will provide vital administrative support across a variety of projects. You will set up and maintain project files, collate reports, type up snagging and closeout procedures, manage timesheets, assist with meetings, and ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate administration throughout the project lifecycle.

This role would suit an Administrator from a construction background or similar, looking to join a professional consultancy for a fixed period.

The Role:

• Provide administrative support across construction projects, including file setup, writing reports and checking documentation
• Assist project managers and the operations team, ensuring deadlines and procedures are met
• Monday to Friday working a 37.5hr week
• 3-to-6-month fixed term contract

The Person:

• Administrator or similar from construction or similar background
• Commutable to Solihull
