This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a structured but dynamic administrative setting. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations Maintain accurate records, data entry, and document management systems Process and update information across internal systems Handle incoming queries via phone and email in a professional manner Support order processing, scheduling, and coordination of activities Liaise with internal teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date Assist with reporting, filing, and general office duties Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time About You Previous experience in an administrative role (essential) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work well independently and as part of a team Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work What s on Offer ..... full job details .....
