We are seeking a detail oriented Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a 6 month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service while managing high volumes of work. There is no phone work involved with this role!
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional email writing and correspondence skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage high workloads
- IT literate with experience using CRM systems
- Good Excel skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively
- Ideally have knowledge with Dynamics 365
The Package:
- Salary: -24,000 per annum
- 35 hours per week
- 6 month fixed term contract
- Hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home following training
- Full-time office-based during the initial training period
- Immediate start available
