This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience and a creative eye for artwork preparation.Working within a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting proposal administration, processing customer requirements, and preparing artwork to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the proposals administration function, including preparing quotations.Communicate with customers via telephone and email, providing excellent customer service.Prepare, edit, and set up customer artwork to print-ready standards using Adobe software.Create marketing materials as required.Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer information.Assist with general administrative duties to support the wider team.Essential Skills and ExperiencePrevious administrative experience within a structured office environment.Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and ..... full job details .....
