Job title: Administrator
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience (full-time equivalent, pro rata if part time)
Job type: Permanent, full time or part time (3 days per week)

About the role
Our client is an established engineering and construction services company based in Cheshire. The business is busy and growing, and they are looking for an Administrator to support their existing admin team with the day-to-day running of the office.

This is a great role for someone with solid admin experience who enjoys being organised and helping a team stay on top of things. Full training on the company’s systems will be given.

Key responsibilities

• Filing and keeping records organised, both paper and electronic
• Providing general admin support to the team
• Answering calls and emails and passing them to the right person
• Data entry and updating company systems
• Supporting with documents and paperwork

About you

• Previous administration experience in an office environment
• Experience in a construction or engineering company would be an advantage, but is not essential
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Organised, with good attention to detail
• A friendly, professional manner on the phone and by email
• Happy working as part of a team and using your own initiative
