About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an-Administrative Assistant-who is organised, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping administrative processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
  • Prepare customer updates and administrative reports.
  • Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly.
  • Assist with invoicing and other routine administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all paperwork and records are completed accurately and maintained in line with company procedures.

About You

We are looking for a reliable and organised individual with strong administrative skills and a positive, professional approach.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role or similar
  • Experience dealing with customers, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience using ERP, CRM, or business management systems.
  • Previous experience supporting sales or customer service functions.
  • Knowledge of general business processes and administration.

This role is on site full time, this is non-negotiable.
