Key Responsibilities Process customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and related documentation. Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems. Prepare customer updates and administrative reports. Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly. Assist with invoicing and other routine administrative tasks. Ensure all paperwork and records are completed accurately and maintained in line with company procedures. About You We are looking for a reliable and organised individual with strong administrative skills and a positive, professional approach. Essential Requirements Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role or similar Experience dealing with customers, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via email. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks. A proactive and flexible approach to work. Desirable Requirements Experience using ERP, CRM, or business management systems.
