Administrative Assistant We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, on a part-time basis.In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for vendors, bidders, estate agents, solicitors, and surveyors, ensuring smooth communication and operations during property sales.You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including assisting with bidder registration, compliance checks, responding to property-related inquiries, and supporting the sales process. Your ability to multitask and work under pressure will be critical in ensuring that all deadlines are met efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, bidders, estate agents, solicitors, and surveyors via phone and email.Assist with bidder registration, ID checks, and compliance verification.Respond to inquiries regarding properties, auction processes, and timelines.Provide administrative support as required, ensuring smooth operations across all stages of the auction process.Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.Perform any other administrative duties as requested by the client. Qualifications and Skills Required: Previous Experience: Proven administrative experience, ideally within property, legal, or auction environments.
