Sixth Form and SEND AdministratorTerm Time Only PermanentAre you an organised, compassionate and proactive administrator who is passionate about supporting young people to succeed?Our client is seeking a highly organised and student-focused Sixth Form and SEND Administrator to provide exceptional administrative, organisational and pastoral support across two key areas of the school: a thriving Sixth Form and dedicated SEND department.This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work closely with the Head of Sixth Form and Assistant Principal/SENCo, helping to ensure students receive the support, guidance and opportunities they need to achieve their full potential.The RoleThe successful candidate will play a central role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sixth Form, supporting students'' wellbeing, attendance, independent learning and progression into higher education, apprenticeships and employment.Responsibilities include:Providing administrative and organisational support to the Head of Sixth Form.Supervising Sixth Form study periods and promoting independent learning.Supporting student wellbeing through pastoral and attendance interventions.Coordinating internal and external Sixth Form applications.Monitoring attendance and liaising with students, parents and carers where concerns arise.Providing information and guidance on post-18 pathways, including university, apprenticeships and employment.Supporting the delivery of the Sixth Form Enrichment ..... full job details .....
