Job Title: Admin Support Officer

Our Client requires someone to come in and help support the Performance & Data Manager - Adult Social Care and other team members, including our pool of Information Analysts.
South Gloucestershire Council would like you to complete data cleaning and quality related tasks, using Excel, email and then the use of data bases Mosaic and ConnectedCare. An overview of these databases will be shown during induction.
Essential Skills:
- You will hold a minimum of 3 grade C''s at GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Maths; or a relevant qualification, equivalent to at least NVQ Level 2 (e.g. in Using Information Technology) or significant recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
- You must demonstrate the ability to prioritise and your workload and effort to meet planned and unplanned changes in demand, including the resilience and flexibility to ensure key deadlines are met in the face of such pressures.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with staff with limited knowledge of the underlying data and its coding. You must also have effective documentation skills, including the writing and updating of procedural guidance relating to analyses and guidance for end users regarding use and interpretation.
- You must demonstrate good attention to detail and accuracy in your work, including pointing out any underlying issues or risks with the data or its interpretation that users need to be aware of.
- Any experience/knowledge of Adult Social Care and Mosaic would be a benefit.
Hybrid - predominately working from home, however, once a quarter when the in-office person meeting is (TBC). Also, to come in initially to collect computer and induction
