About the Role:
One of my local government clients are currently seeking-for an organised and detail-oriented Admin Support Officer for a short-term temporary contract. You will assist in reviewing and updating data in Excel to ensure accuracy and readiness for mail merge operations linked to a legal notice.
Key Responsibilities:

Cross-check and validate existing data in Excel spreadsheets.

Amend and update data to eliminate inaccuracies or duplications.

Prepare documentation and data for mail merge purposes.

Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
Key Requirements:

Proven administrative experience.

Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with data validation, entry, and mail merge tasks.
