The role offers hybrid working, with three days per week in the Leatherhead office, together with some flexibility around start and finish times.Core office hours of 10.00am-3.00pm must be covered.The roleYou will provide day-to-day administrative support to colleagues, helping to ensure the smooth running of the team. Your responsibilities will include:Processing employee expenses accurately and within required timescalesFollowing up on missing receipts and expense informationProcessing and monitoring employee timesheetsEnsuring timesheets are submitted accurately and on timeAssisting with diary management for managers and team membersScheduling meetings and coordinating meeting arrangementsBooking meeting rooms and issuing Teams/virtual meeting invitationsMonitoring calendars and helping resolve diary clashesAssisting with the organisation of meetings and eventsArranging venues, catering and AV equipment where requiredSupporting travel and accommodation bookingsCompleting trip order formsPreparing reports and general administrative ..... full job details .....
