The successful candidate will report directly to the Co-Ordinator and will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the operation.The role would suit someone with strong administrative, analytical and communication skills, who is confident using IT systems and can work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking within site safety management systems and company safety proceduresTaking responsibility for your own Health and Safety and the safety of those around youManaging daily enquiries received via the shared mailboxManaging daily orders through the online app systemMaintaining MSDS files and informing the relevant team of any new or amended MSDS informationProducing Open Bin Pick ListsRaising and managing Non-Conformances, including updating spreadsheets and investigating stock discrepanciesManaging Receipts Non-Conformances, including ..... full job details .....
