This is a varied and rewarding role that combines administration, scheduling, customer service and practical property maintenance knowledge. You''ll be the key link between residents reporting repairs, maintenance operatives carrying out work and contractors supporting the service. No two days are the same. One moment you''ll be coordinating urgent repair appointments and managing workloads, the next you''ll be speaking with residents, updating repair records or helping colleagues resolve operational challenges.
