Admin Assistant - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Admin Assistant to join our client based outside of Aylesbury.

Salary: £11.44 per hour (£23,800)

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm


Duties:

- Booking in tucks and transport for equipment transfer.
- Purchasing items for events, including the purchase of alcohol.
- Organising appointments, meetings, site visits etc.
- Booking accommodation for staff
- Booking travel e.g. flights, trains, and car hire.
- Managing external extras for events.
- General administrative work including laminating, binding, and filing.
- General office housekeeping.

Requirements:

- Your own transport due to the location
- Previous admin experience
- Computer literate - able to use Microsoft packages
