We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Operative for our well-established client based in Billericay, Essex. We are seeking enthusiastic, hands-on Manufacturing Operatives who are eager to learn and develop the skills required to produce ingredient mixtures on a large scale. Working Hours: 8:30am - 17:00pm Responsibilities: Accurately weigh and pack ingredients Operate, monitor, and clean specialist mixing and production machinery Maintain clear and accurate production records in line with company standards The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a role involving manual handling. Physically fit and capable of lifting weights up to 25kg. Reliable, with strong timekeeping and a dependable work ethic. Loyal, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work. A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail. Willingness to watch, listen, and learn from colleagues. Able to read and follow simple manufacturing instructions accurately. Capable of writing legibly and completing production records correctly.
