Admin assistant - Alternative provision
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join an Alternative Provision setting and support the day-to-day running of the provision. This is an important role within a specialist environment who support pupils with additional needs and/or challenging behaviour.This is a full time, temp to perm role (Monday - Thursday: 8am-4pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm)The Role: Providing administrative support to the leadership team and teaching staff Managing pupil records, attendance, and data entry Handling phone calls, emails, and general enquiries Supporting with safeguarding documentation and compliance paperwork Maintaining accurate records and files Supporting with general office duties to ensure the smooth running of the provision The Ideal Candidate: Previous administrative experience (essential) Experience within an education setting is preferred (experience using Arbor) Strong organisational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and school systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks A professional, calm, and organised approach Additional Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleBusiness insurance on your vehicle (or willingness to obtain this) All our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you re paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance, and there s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.If you are interested in this position, or want to ..... full job details .....
