PS Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Administration & Customer Service Manager to join a busy and growing business in Mansfield.
Location: Mansfield
Salary: -38,000 - -40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the administration and customer service team
- Oversee workload planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Ensure efficient processing of all new and existing work instructions
- Monitor KPIs, performance and service levels
- Manage customer complaints and escalations through to resolution
- Produce operational and performance reports for senior management
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support financial reporting, WIP management and cost control
- Build strong relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience managing administration and/or customer service teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing workloads, KPIs and service levels
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Confident handling customer complaints and escalations
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high service standards
