With over 40 years'' heritage and continued national growth, they have evolved into a multi-office business employing 200+ professionals across Audit, Accounts, Tax and Advisory.Their relationship-driven, bespoke approach has positioned them as a trusted partner to mid-market and owner-managed businesses, supported by an ambitious acquisition strategy and award-winning workplace culture.Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Accounts Senior to join their expanding Accounts team in Manchester.The RoleThis is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to a qualified accountant who enjoys taking ownership of a portfolio and mentoring others. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounts and tax services, while working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure excellent client outcomes.Key Responsibilities• Prepare accounts files, statutory accounts, corporation tax returns and directors'' personal tax returns to a standard ready for senior review.• Meet with key clients regularly to review records and discuss performance.• Review work completed by junior team members, providing clear feedback and ensuring review points are addressed.• Finalise files and reports following senior review, ready for client meetings.• Ensure all accounts and tax returns are submitted in line with internal compliance procedures.• Mentor and support colleagues from apprentice ..... full job details .....
