Accounts Semi Senior Hybrid working Central London Offices Industry: Accounting Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 We are proud to partner a leading independent accountancy practice in central London who are recruiting an ambitious Accounts Semi Senior to join our their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting across multiple client portfolios. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the end-to-end accounting cycle, from month-end close to financial analysis and client advisory. With a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience with leading cloud-based platforms such as Xero and Dext, you will support the delivery of high-quality financial services while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency. This position offers a clear career progression path for an ACCA or ACA part-qualified or finalist, aiming to develop into a fully qualified accountant within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of clients using Xero and Dext platforms.Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations, journal entries and accruals.Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and tax returns in line with UK GAAP and HMRC requirements.Support clients with financial analysis, cash flow forecasting and budgeting insights to drive informed decision-making.Liaise with clients, ..... full job details .....
