This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a broad client portfolio while developing technical expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Duties of the Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior / Senior: Lead and assist audits across a varied client base, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses. Prepare and review statutory accounts and management accounts. Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members, providing technical guidance. Liaise directly with clients, partners, and directors, building strong professional relationships. Support practice development initiatives and contribute to advisory work. Requirements for the Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior / Senior: ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified. Experience in an accountancy practice, ideally within audit and accounts. Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and accounts preparation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
