Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Clerk
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger professional who is passionate about their role, wants to work somewhere who want to change, implement new and better processes and have experience transforming this function previously then this could be a lovely job for you. You will be someone who is happy to work in a sole charge role, at the same time working closely with the accounts team to drive efficiencies and be the best accounts team.This role is office based, but can accommodate adhoc or 1 day per week hybrid.DutiesProcessing purchase, stock and overhead invoicesIntercompany and intercompany rechargesPayment runsReconciling the supplier statementsExpenses via ConcurImplementing a PO system to have better control of all purchase invoicesImplementing improved processes to make a more efficient departmentBenefits30 days annual leave plus bank holidays8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Thursday and 3pm finish FridayCompany pensionOffice based with 1 day a week or adhoc WFHParkingOther ..... full job details .....
