Accounts Payable Officer

What You''ll Be Doing Managing and monitoring finance inboxes, responding to supplier and colleague queries. Processing purchase invoices through an automated accounts payable system. Reviewing and escalating purchase orders when required. Processing payments and issuing remittances. Completing reconciliations and ensuring financial records are accurate. Managing practitioner payment reconciliations. Processing stipend and expense payments. Supporting international payment processes. Handling occasional finance-related telephone enquiries. Assisting with ad hoc projects and providing support to the wider finance team. What We''re Looking For Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or a similar role.
