Day-to-day duties will include invoice processing, weekly payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations, resolving queries, and supporting month-end activities. A proactive approach is essential, particularly around weekly payment runs, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time. Strong Excel skills are essential, as you will be working with financial data, maintaining records, and supporting reporting processes.
