This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong purchase ledger experience who is available at short notice and confident working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficientlyMatching, batching and coding invoicesManaging supplier queries via email and phoneProcessing BACS and cheque paymentsReconciling supplier statementsAssisting with month-end duties as requiredMaintaining accurate financial records and filingSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger roleStrong attention to detail and good organisational skillsConfident using accounting software and Microsoft ExcelAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and a proactive approachThe Ideal Candidate:Available immediately or at short noticeReliable, adaptable and able to hit the ground runningComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamIf you are an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk looking for a temporary role, please apply ..... full job details .....
