The Role

Tortilla is looking for a dynamic, Accounts Payable Manager (AP/AR) with exceptional organisation skills and multi-tasking ability. In a fast-paced environment, you will be primarily responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger. Key Responsibilities

Payment runs - Thursday, Mid-month, Month-end and expenses;Aged Debtors and Creditors management;Weekly Sales posting and allocations;Quarterly VAT returns;Performing supplier statement reconciliations;Food and beverage invoice and credit note entry;Inventory mailbox management;Supporting a junior team member;Supporting the month end process; and ad-hoc duties.

Key Skills, Competencies And Experience

Studying towards or completed an accounting qualification (desirable);Some experience and knowledge of Sage 200 (desirable);Strong Excel skills (essential);Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask (essential);Excellent attention to detail (essential); andHard working and driven with a positive, can-do attitude (essential).
