Accounts Payable ManagerGlasgow£45,000 - £50,000 annuallyFull time, 09:00 - 17:00, Mon - FriHybrid working availableReed Accountancy is partnering with a market leading multi-national organisation to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Manager.The main purpose of the role will be to oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across multiple global sites.This is a business-critical role within a fast-paced and high-volume finance function, providing a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join a highly successful and expanding organisation.The main responsibilities of the role are:Overseeing the end-to-end Accounts Payable function across multiple international entitiesManaging the day-to-day operations of a high-volume AP departmentEnsuring the smooth and efficient running of all AP processesDriving continuous process improvements within the AP functionManaging invoice matching and query resolution where requiredEnsuring payment runs are accurately organised and executedOverseeing and assisting with payment processing activitiesMaintaining strong stakeholder relationships across finance and operational teams globallyReviewing and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly controls and KPIsLeading, developing, and supporting AP teams, ensuring high performance and engagementConducting regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and appraisalsDelivering coaching, training, and ongoing support to team membersEnsuring all processes are completed in line with internal ..... full job details .....
