Accounts Payable ClerkThame, Oxfordshire£25-28,000 + bensAbout the Role:Based near Thame, Oxfordshire, my client, a growing and innovative manufacturing business, is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk.This role would suit someone with previous Accounts Payable experience who is looking to develop and expand their skills and experience. Working within this fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will take control of the purchase ledger and will provide wider support to the finance team during busy periods.Main responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accuratelyMatching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notesResolving invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teamsProcessing employee expenses and verifying supporting documentationAssisting with weekly/monthly supplier payment runsReconciling supplier statements and resolving payment queriesSetting up and maintaining supplier accountsSupporting month-end processes and ensuring deadlines are metThe Ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable Clerk: Previous experience within an Accounts Payable or transactional finance role is beneficialConfident working with high volumes of dataStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and externallyProficiency in Excel and general systemsA proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learnIdeally AAT Qualified or studying AAT Apply ..... full job details .....
