Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Manager
One of London''s most impressive privately-owned Property Investment businesses is seeking an Accounts Payable / Purchase LedgerManager to report to the Group Financial Controller.Hands-on experience in a high-volume Payables / Purchase Ledger environment is key. Property / Real Estate experience would be useful.This Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role will include:Responsibility for the purchase ledger function in the groupOversee and manage one accounts assistantMain point of contact for suppliers and staff and administer the AP mailboxLiaise with Building Managers re purchase orders and supplier invoicesEnsure accurate posting of all supplier invoicesEnsure accurate apportionment of costs across group companiesMonitor aged creditors and ensure timely payment of suppliersReconcile supplier statements and investigate any variancesReview bank statements and bank reconciliationsPrepare batch payments, raise remittances and run BACS processOversee CIS deductions and HMRC paymentsLiaise with Operations/Letting to ensure utility payments are up to dateConstant review, improvement and update Payment processesHands-on experience is key, as is attention to detail and a strong work ethic.This role is 5 days in the office in Central London. ..... full job details .....
