Accounts Payable Clerk £30,000 - £32,000 plus Bonus Preston and Hybrid Great benefits package Fantastic team and office culture Axon Moore are delighted to be recruiting for a high-growth business in their search for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who is looking to take ownership for the Accounts Payable processes and add value to the business. This role is well suited to chatty and personable candidates who are looking to grow alongside a business which boasts a great working culture and flexible working arrangements.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Match, code and process supplier invoices into the systemReconcile invoices against purchase orders and delivery notesMaintain supplier records, ensuring accurate data and compliance with internal controlsSupplier statement reconciliationsPrepare and process weekly/monthly payment runsSupport month-end processes, including accruals for unrecorded invoicesProduce reports related to aged creditors and payment performanceQuery resolutionAssist in maintaining strong internal controls and supporting audit activitiesOther ad-hoc duties Required Skills and Experience:1 years'' experience within a finance roleExperience/knowledge of PO systems and 3-way-matchingStrong IT and Excel skillsAn ability to meet deadlines and efficiently prioritise workloadPositive and can-do attitude with an enthusiastic approach to workAn ability to work collaboratively and independentlyExcellent attention to detailGreat written and verbal ..... full job details .....
