As an Accounts Payable Assistant in Uxbridge, you will handle day-to-day supplier payment tasks within the property industry, helping the Accounting & Finance team keep records accurate and payments on track. • Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure they are recorded in a timely way.
• Check invoice details against supporting information to maintain accurate payment records.
• Prepare payment information for review and help ensure suppliers are paid on schedule.
• Respond to supplier queries clearly and resolve invoice-related issues where possible.
• Maintain organised accounts payable records to make information easy to find.
• Update financial systems with accurate invoice and payment data.
• Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to keep supplier information current.

A successful ''Accounts Payable Assistant'' should have:
